All item(s) are typically shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. We can currently only ship to one UK address per order. Please contact us for overseas destinations and/or multipoint deliveries. We offer no guarantee of being able to provide such a solution(s).
We can only offer a refund if your item is found not to be as described. If you believe you have received the wrong item or the item is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we can arrange, as appropriate, either a goods exchange or refund. We do not give refunds or exchanges for items more than 14 days after you receive them.

Please Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that an error was our fault. If you change your mind about your purchase, all return shipping charges and return shipping used are your responsibility. We reserve the right to reject a return from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case of excessive returns.

Sadly, your order cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped. The return policy conditions above will apply.
