Refund Policy

Under UK Consumer Contracts Law, you have the right to return the item(s) bought through our website within 14 days of receiving said item(s). The returned item(s) must be in their original protective bag and all labels intact. Please note: once the bag is opened your rights to a refund are limited to the item(s) being faulty or not as described. By bag we mean the see-through "card bag" all our vintage prints are sold in and not the outer packaging used for safe shipping (see our Shipping Policy).

 

We also by law offer a refund if your item is faulty or found not to be as described. If you believe you have received the wrong item or the item is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we can arrange, as appropriate, either a goods exchange or a refund.

 

We cannot give refunds or exchanges for items more than 14 days after you receive them.

 

Please Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that an error was our fault. If you change your mind about your purchase, all return shipping charges and return shipping used are your responsibility.

 

Your order cannot be cancelled once the item(s) has/ve been shipped and before they are delivered. Please also see our Shipping Policy.​
