If you wish to exercise your legal rights to cancel a digital download you must either:

(i) wait 14 days before your download arrives during which time (the ‘cooling off’ period), you may without question exercise that right to cancel and to seek a refund; or

(ii) request delivery in line with our stated delivery aims (48 hours) by explicitly stating that you waive irrevocably your right to cancel and to receive any such refund.

On receipt of your completed form and our acceptance of your proposal, we reserve the right to forward a payment link and our standard License Agreement (see Standard Terms and Conditions (Digital Downloads) for sample) in line with your chosen 'cooling off' period (see above). Payment must be settled and our Standard License Agreement thus deemed to have been accepted before we can issue your License(s). You and we are under no obligation until payment is cleared.
